Ordered Combo Queen steamed. The lobster, crab and clams were the best part. Good sized portions and you can tell all the seafood was fresh. The lobster and crab meat were sweet and the clam was probably the freshest I have tasted in a long time. Waitress was super nice and gave us samples of raw clam, which she said they just drove down from Maine the day before, and fried rice. I would definitely order the fried and clam when I come back next time.

The freshness is unbelievable. Still live and they cook it for you. Warm welcome with a friendly services. Really need a second belly to finish all the food. Must try the stir fried eel, fried rice. Top dish!

Maine Ocean is smack in the middle of the block and you’ll need to walk around/drive around the LIRR station to get to it. A nicely lit and clean atmosphere. Fresh lobster tanks on site and well maintained. I noticed the menu doesn’t give much details so besides the sticker shock, know that the lobster per lb you select does include other seafood and corn and such. It’s not literally one lobster. The other thing that’s great, they provide cloth bibs not plastic. And sanitizer, wipes, refuse bucket, napkins and other utensils like chopsticks are all neatly placed on each table. Food: raw clams are so fresh, delivered from Maine. It was my favorite. I also had the lobster platter and it came with crab, steamed clams, baked scallops, corn, bread, and lemon. Complimentary seaweed salad, edamame and pickles accompany the dining experience. Also tried the lobster ramen, super simple, lobster and ramen with scallions, a fish cake here and there. But the overall dining experience was so hospitable. The waitress heard it was my friend’s birthday so they put a ribbon on her lobster head and provided us with birthday plates and napkins. Even a hat! It was like an instant party! Too sweet of them to do that.

We had our department dinner here, and had an amazing experience! Seafood was fresh, lobster larmen and the fried rice was delicious, and service was great! Can be a little pricy but it was so worth it!
