I popped in here one evening to try their BBQ chicken quesadilla, and it didn’t disappoint. I’m kind of a connoisseur of chicken quesadillas, and this was one of my favorite. Considering the place was practically deserted, I was expecting my waitress to be a little more attentive, but other than that, I really liked the place. They also have a salad bar which is included with the entrees. Whenever I’m in the mood for BBQ chicken quesadilla again, I will be back.

We were seated quickly but the food took over 30 minutes (my husband was hungry and let me know). It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. My girls liked the bread and butter but they didn’t bring that till after the food came. Maybe you need to ask for it if you want it in the beginning?

I wish I could give them zero stars. Best thing was the cheese curds. Our waitress was under the influence of something and got our order wrong. Do yourself a favor and just go out to eat. The convenience was not worth $120 tab.

Wonderful restaurant with even more wonderful staff. In particular Heather is an absolute gem and is extremlely sweet and welcoming who truly goes above and beyond. The team is well run by Mary. Heather really did prepare my key lime pie with love! Thank you all for making my stay more welcoming.

Whether you’re stopping overnight for a layover, spending the night for a drive into the mountains, or just a local looking for a great bite, Coopers is the place. Inside the Hilton next to the airport, just past the checkin desk, is amazing food and atmosphere waiting right inside the large glass double doors; or maybe perched atop their atrium seating with a great view and large TVs. Give this place a try with their diverse menu and amazing staff, you will not be disappointed.

After an unfortunate accident during my drive from California to Philadelphia, I became stranded in Knoxville waiting for my flight for 2 days. My was low and I had my cat with me. The staff was very understanding and hospitable. They offered milk for my ,and allowed me to eat and relax until my flight without equivocation. The food was delicious and the bartenders were awesome. I literally would fly back here just to eat…lol This was an gr8 experience for someone who has never been to Tennessee.

Our family had brunch at Cooper’s restaurant this past weekend for a family celebration! We were absolutely blown away with the fantastic service by Jennifer and Bianca! It was a rather large group of us, and we could not have had a better experience! The food was delicious. The waitresses were very attentive, and went out of their way to make our family time wonderful! We will definitely be going back soon!
