My wife got very ill (like projectile vomiting ill) after eating the carnitas burrito and the puerco tamale. Suffice to say, we will not be dining here again. Food poisoning is a big no-no!

So its my second time and last time my friend got mole chilaquiles and they were on point i only tried a bite i had huevos rancheros and on point same as eggs and soyrizo today. Breakfast typically comes with refried beans and potatoes in some delicious red sauce and other plates rice and beans. All delish definetly good portions and comfort food with homemade mexican flavor with hand made tortillas. Definetly reccomend.

So I had the Cocido de Res it’s comfort food that you can only get in East L.A. My wife had the Chile Reyeno plate it was absolutely delicious. And both dishes came with home made tortillas. What else do I have to say.

Definitely worth it. My favorite is the birria tacos they only have a few tables outside but it’s would be a nice place to sit if you aren’t a walking distance local. Just park in the lot to the left past the purple house. There is rarely any street parking.
