I ordered chili and it was 1/4 liquid vs meat. The wait was horrible and so many people there. I was grateful at my turn the only register open, the guy just stepped away from register and someone else stepped in. He didn’t say I’ll be back.. noting after waiting 20 minutes. I also had noticed they didgive me crackers. I had new shoes on. As I walked on the floor they were sticky. Totally needs to clean up their business in every aspect.

Jamaican Manager completely rude. I came in with special needs individuals an ask for a free senior coffee. Which I do everyday at multiple different locations in hartford, Manchester, and east hartford area. This location Jamaican manager stated that they do not an will not honor the free senior coffee without purchase. Customer service is trash at this location. Do not give them your business!!!!

The service was terrible. Lady was absolutely rude and talked back to me. Saying that I “grabbed the wrong bag” continuingly when clearly I didn’t because my name was on it. She just put the wrong order in. And she also made us THROW OUT OUR PREVIOUS FOOD with the dirtiest look towards us. Terrible customer service

I never have high expectations for any Wendys location and usually know what to expect from them. This particular location, however, managed to fall below even that low bar. The service was slow and there was no sense of urgency to complete orders. The kitchen and service areas were dirty and unkept as a result of marginal cleaning over time. The dining room had a general dinginess and was in a minor state of disrepair. There were gnats flying throughout the restaurant with a congregation of them hovering around the ketchup dispenser. My food was marginally acceptable and poorly assembled. An overall lackluster experience. If you’re looking for a Wendys, I would choose another location over this one.

It’s a Wendy’s I know, but it’s one of the few Wendy’s in my area that still sells baked potatoes and had chili to serve. It was nice and clean inside as well, but service was really slow for an almost empty restaurant.
