Huge portions and excellent service for this Peruvian restaurant that does ceviche right, along with their other traditional dishes. Loved how they offer a little dish of lime. The “Tres Mares” was not cheap, but so worth it. The “Seco Combinado” was hearty, soul food that was still good the next day

Where do I begin on how delicious the food was. The appetizer we had was the avocado with chicken salad different but still very delicious. Then the main course was better than what the pictures show. I had the steak and my boyfriend had the seafood. We ended up sharing each others food because both plates were so good!!

Growing up, my best friend was peruvian and his home was my second home. I can still smell the flavorful scents emanating from the kitchen. You could ALWAYS find a huge pot of rice on the stove, and some amazing meaty stew to go with it. I was a greedy young man, with a voracious appetite, so I definitely was in heaven. This place brought me back. The service was friendly, portions sizes HUGE, and food seasoned well. They also served vegan options for most of the recipe items. I’ve been on a vegan ceviche kick lately and hoped to see how mine compares to the real thing, so it would have been nice to see a vegan ceviche option (maybe with hearts of palm as the ‘fish’). We literally had 3 days worth of food.

Excellent! The food and service was on point. We got the tres mares and beef heart at the recommendation of the waitress. All were delicious. We were surprised by how flavorful it was – though a little chewy. Our favorite was the seafood ceviche with seafood marinated in a concoction of lime cilantro and other deliciousness that I would bottle up and drink if I could. The fried seafood was fresh, light and not overly oily. Paella was tasty. They were incredibly generous with the seafood in all 3. I always appreciate a waiter that recommended something that wasn’t the priciest option as it shows her honest and genuine opinion – not just trying to make money. We finished with donuts based on reviews of others online and they didn’t disappoint. Large portions, flavor and service – it’s a great spot! Here’s our devoured plate of 3 mares.

This place is great in person but not when I order online. Ordered bisctec a lo pobre and boy I got pobre alright, it was raw! It’s almost like they rushed to make it, luckily Grub Hub refunded me. This is not the first time I get something overcooked or undercooked when ordering delivery. The fried plantains are always burned when ordering out.

Overall 3.5⭐️. Nice service, big portions, a little pricey, didn’t get the taste I was expecting from some dishes. “Leche de Tigre” 3.5⭐️ too much peper or ginger, I don’t know, “Causa de camarones” 3.5⭐️, I never saw the shrimps but still a tasty “Causa”, “Saltado de Mariscos” 4.5⭐️, “Fettuccini a la Huancaina” 3.5⭐️, it was delicious but it didn’t taste as “huancaina” at all, “Tallarin saltado de mariscos” 3.5⭐️, “Chicha Morada” 2.5⭐️, too diluted so some flavor was missing. BUT the “Alfajores” 5⭐️ were absolutely Delicious!!!, I could return just to order the “Alfajores” again.
