Super fun vibe, the food is BIG but not exceptional, and the employees were upbeat, helpful and enthusiastic. Watching grown men getting paddled is all part of the experience. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was the state of the location, it looked like what you might imagine a Ross would look like if it had a soup kitchen. Yeah.

Definitely worth the experience for those who love burgers. No crazy toppings or flavours but regular burger served with sass and attitude. Portions are huge, so be mindful what you order cause if you don’t finish your burger, you’ll get spanked! Only a single burger could be shared, all the bigger ones are not meant to be shared. Menu has a few other options other than burgers, a couple of sides, but obviously no healthy options as all this experience is meant to highlight unhealthy food options. Even those who weight more than 330 lb can eat for free.

What a fun experience! We had a rather large group and were seated right away, however, the service was very very slow. It took over half an hour for someone to even offer us drinks once seated. Beyond the disappointing service, we had a blast. Food was good, definitely understand why they call it heart attack grill. My husband was able to get an IV bag full of wine. They even spank you if you don’t finish your food. How fun to watch!

Go for the food, fun and experience! Totally recommend a visit here. Got spanked as well just for the sake of it lol. Our nurse/waitress Rose was super friendly. Will definitely come back. Prices are decent as u get super sized food.

Be prepared to get your a$$ whipped. That’s their theme. They make burgers so big that they don’t think you’ll eat it all and when you don’t a staff member will hit you with a paddle three times. There’s a little dude that sings a very loud hit. He gets a kick out of it too. The burgers are so bland and not seasoned. They also take pictures while you’re there and charge of course over $20 for a single 5’7”. It’s a neat experience to try while in Vegas.

I thought it would be a place where you just ate a lot, it is that, but also it was the best tasting burger I have ever had. The staff where good fun and attentive, the atmosphere chilled and full of people up for a laugh. To top it all of it was generally the cheapest place we ate! It’s also our favourite story about las Vegas. This is a must go place!!

We were staying on Fremont st. and we’re starving for some dinner. Looked at places within walking distance and this one had a lot of reviews (didn’t look at them lol) so we hustled on over. Showed up not even knowing what this place was about, so it was super funny having to put on a medical garment and get told your going to get spanked if you don’t finish your food. I got the single and Rich got the double. I got in competition mode and scarfed down my burger because I didn’t want to be spanked lol Rich had a harder time but eventually finished it. They are hefty burgers! I was super stuffed after. It was funny watching others get spanked. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and it was definitely a experience we will always remember!
