Nice, relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. We live nearby, love Vietnamese and wanted to love this place. Though portions were generous and the ingredients seemed good quality, the flavor just wasn’t there. Beef pho broth below average, lacking the depth and nuances we would expect from homemade. Grilled pork was bland. I actively disliked the grilled meatballs (again, the flavor). Even the pickled shredded carrot and daikon was lacking – it was too soft and not as flavorful as most renditions. Nothing truly bad, but nothing was actively good either. An okay choice for a a relaxed meal with friends and “just okay” Vietnamese food if you need to be in this part of Plano.

Been wanting to try this place since their grand opening a few weeks ago. It had been a while since I had pho at a restaurant due to the development of a mushroom allergy in 2019, (rendering me completely unable to consume an ingredient to which I never previously had a problem). I asked and thank goodness this place does not use mushrooms in its broth. As soon as you enter, there are these really neat looking interactive menus on the wall.

I got combination rice vermicelli and my bf got pork ribs over rice. My rice vermicelli did not come with crushed peanuts and there could have been more veggies. I liked that the shrimp were big. The eggrolls are alright. It did not leave me craving for more.
