They make great sandwiches. Go meat and when they remember to include the au jus to dip the french dip its perfect. Simon remembered the last time to include it and I appreciate it. I tried to mention to the manager about how disappointing it is when they forget the dip for the french dip but I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I’m a frequent customer so I guess I’ll have to be too busy to eat here!

The staff were fantastic and friendly. The dining area was clean, but feels very claustrophobic, not very open and my roast beef sandwiches seemed watery and undercooked. My first *bad* experience, food wise, so I will be back and try again.

The girl serving us had no clue and did not bother to answer one simple question “do you have any vegetarian options”? A simple no would have been enough but she ignored completely untill we ordered the beef sandwiches.

I thought I’d try the new Hawaiian King Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. The picture on the menu board looked awesome. My picture shows two small pieces of meat that is greatly overpowered by the bun and several sauces. On a positive note, the crispy onions are very good, and the cleanliness is very good as well.

They always forget something whether it’s putting sauce packs into the bag, Holding the tomatoes, or tonight like they forgot to put any sauce on my sandwich. There’s always something missing from when I order. It maybe because of the drive-through intercom is very bad and they can’t hear me or a language barrier feels like the main cause of my orders (and my roommates) always come out wrong.

Second time here tonight. First time we came and literally every part of our order had at least one thing wrong with it. We tried again tonight and was told they had no roast beef. At 7pm no Roast Beef at Arby’s? This location has terrible management don’t waste your time here.
