I don’t stop here for the chicken. I love to stop for the made from scratch biscuits. The sweet tea is literally to “die” for, but it is really good. The staff here were the best. The lady making the biscuits put a smile on my face.

Google says they’re open til 11:30PM. Came in at 9:30 and they’re out of BISCUITS, sweet tea, and half the available sides, and had no intention of replenishing these items. I have stopped in here multiple times since it opened, but usually during the day. Daytime crew is fantastic; night crew is terrible. The women working tonight (July 2, 2023) were very rude, literally huffing and rolling their eyes while people placed orders. The cashier and manager especially, acted as if every customer that came in was a huge inconvenience and burden to them. If you don’t like customers, maybe don’t work in a busy, fast-paced, customer-oriented restaurant at a truck stop?

Stopped here for supper on our 13 hour drive home and when we pulled up to the speaker we were told to wait a minute. After a few minutes I asked if they were ready and was told that they were shorthanded and that we should come inside. It was raining and we needed a quick stop, we did not have time to come inside. If I had known it would take 20 minutes, we would have gone somewhere else. The person on the speaker was very rude and I understand they were shorthanded but it wasn’t our fault so she didn’t need to take it out on us. There were multiple items on the menu board that we tried to order but she told us they didn’t have. When we finished ordering she didn’t give us the amount so we had no idea how much we were paying when we pulled up to the window. She never greeted us, thanked us or spoke one kind word to us. I was shocked when we pulled up to the window and saw that she was the manager. We also ordered Mac and cheese and she didn’t give us a fork so we had to turn around and go back. Being a former food service worker, I’m usually very understanding and forgiving with unsatisfactory visits but this was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Please try and do better or at least treat your customers like you want their money.

This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Initially my friend ordered the food and it took about 10-15 minutes before he got it. I had to take the order back in because the biscuits were rock hard! So hard you could throw them through a window and break it. The chicken was barely warm, and had been sitting for awhile because it was hard. Upon taking them back in there, telling the lady at the register she told the crew in the back the food wasn’t fresh. The girl beside what appeared to be the general manager said they didn’t know how long it would be til it came up. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. (Meanwhile my sides are cold) The staff wasn’t friendly at all. The only person that was, was Ms. Jody. Please do not serve customers food you wouldn’t feed yourself or your children.

Walked in as a first time customer to buy Bo Berry biscuits because i heard how good they were. Watched an employee take some out the oven to give to another employee on break to eat some so I knew I was getting some. Get to the cashier to only be told they can’t sell me any because they have to have some for tomorrow morning. What kind of service is this. Thanks for an awful first experience. As a trucker I will never stop here again. Worst first experience ever!!!!

I just left your establishment in cordele Ga &your drive thru cashier was rude&also your on duty manager! They never get my orders right,which are plain& simple. Just like most people in my neighborhood, I’ll never patronize your business again! I will be seeking a partner or two to start a breakfast shop in town. I’m sick& tired of the unwarranted disrespect with these restaurants! Especially Bojangles of cordele Ga!

I ordered the bo jangles sandwich combo, which comes with a side, the cashier automatically put in fries instead of asking me what side I wanted, so I told her I wanted coleslaw. She turns around and tells the kitchen to change the fries to coleslaw because “I didn’t tell her”, no boo you didn’t ask aka do your job better.
