It’s the perfect amount of greasy and yummy. The restaurant is in the newest but it’s clean. The bathrooms are clean and I think that is a good indication of how clean they keep their kitchen. They have a million things to choose from all of them fried. Go hungry because the amount of food they give you is immense. Enjoy!

It always makes me sad when a restaurant categorizes itself as comfort food or soul food and everything is entirely bland, under seasoned and dry. I was hopeful but extremely disappointed idk if they try to do to much on their menu and everything just falls flat as a result or their cooks just don’t use seasoning in general. I’d like to try again another day but I’m not hopeful

I’m not a local, I happened to be in the area and tried this place because well it was open and on door dash (pickup). We got the family chicken tender meal with fries and a side of cheese sticks. The fries were meh. The cheese sticks however were delicious. Everyone wished we’d gotten more. The chicken was great! Tender, juicy and flavorful. The real star of the show though was the no slip drip sauce. That is The Awesome Sauce. The only thing is, no sauces came with this meal. You have too buy then separately. Be prepared to get several. One is not enough..
