I would give them a zero star rating if I could. I waited over 40 minutes for a burger and fries and another customer just as long or longer for a salad. Poor communication with you customers and the cooks in the back don’t wear any gloves nor protective hair net.

I ordered and ate at loukas for 6 years however in the past year something changed. The food is not prepared like it used to be. It’s either over cooked or under cooked. They had a great delivery guy but the new guy is a clown. He even in a sarcastic way tried to embarrass me in my office over my 20% tip. He then proceeded to make a joke about my demeanor afterwards. I ignored him called loukas and informed them I will no longer order from their restaurant. The idiot delivery guy comes in my office yesterday and tells my coworkers he wants to apologize to me but is afraid to approach me. Lol..dude I simply ignored you yesterday once again. Pathetic delivery driver

My orders are almost always messed up. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was wrong. Called them to remake it and 35 minutes later I still didn’t get it. Called them again to tell them forget it I want a refund. Manager tells me she can’t give me one because their system doesn’t work that way.
