Ordered food through doordash right when restaurant opened and they start preparing my meal and driver goes and picked up food and delivered it just fine no problems I go and unpack the food from sealed back and come to find out that I was missing part of my order , because I ordered 2 bowls and chips and guacamole and 2 drinks well I was missing the chips and guacamole but I received everything else just fine. Wasn’t the best Chipotle but it wasn’t the worst , but probably won’t be going back to the store . The workers need to do their job and start making sure they have everything in the order before they let the door dash driver leave with it.

They gave me an incredibly small amount of Quac. For $2.40???????? I’m actually so mad. It was less than like 2 oz. I could have legally brought this amount of quac threw TSA. Just upsetting everything was really scarce on this burrito bowl. Even the lettuce…. worst Chipotle expiernece I have ever had. Especially because the manager was being sooo intense with the workers, it made me stressed by proxy. The whole atmosphere and food experience just made me upset.

First time in a Chipotle won’t be in a rush to go back. Food was not real flavorful and barely room temp. Staff behind counter not doing a lot while I waited to order. This particular facility the background noise made it extremely difficult to hear what was said. Many other places I’d rather spend my money than there that I know I will have a better chance of enjoying.

I hadn’t been to this location in a couple years, and I randomly decided to try it again. My burrito was incredibly bland because it was mostly rice. There are *much* better places to get a burrito within the downtown area. I won’t be going back to Chipotle.

Did a mobile order for a salad and a burrito bowl. Totally lacking lettuce in the salad. The burrito bowl had more. I crave Chipotle but never again from this location.

Ordered a large queso and received this. Chips were INSANELY salty. Completely inedible. Plus they were stale. Burrito was fine. Cold. Not a lot of meat. Overall, I’m so disappointed. Do not recommend.

My most recent experience was pretty good. It took a few minutes for someone to start taking our order because of some online orders coming through. Portion sizes were pretty normal for chipotle and the food all tasted great. We ordered chips and guac on the side as well – the chips were nice and salty and guac was fresh.

If I could give negative 500 stars I would. This is the WORST chipotle I’ve ever walked in. And because it was so terrible I walked right out without ordering anything. The way I just witnessed them treat this deaf african American lady is BEYOND me. Their signage is inappropriate. The Caucasian male at the register does nothing but argue with customers. I paid for the ladies for and left.
