This little restaurant has exactly what I want. And that is enchiladas made with ground beef. Seems like in this little town I have a hard time finding that but not anymore. That I found on Mario’s Taco shop. This will have to get my enchiladas for now on in this town of Merced California. And that’s just one dish there there’s so many others. Go find out for yourself

Well I have to say that this was my second time eating here and it’s my second letdown. I was not the only dissatisfied customer that day, as another person looked down at her plate with a smile and after the bite she took…I never saw it again. The asada was bland and the burrito was so filled with juices from the beans and guac and pico de Gallo they put on it, that it ALL came falling out the end as I took my first bite. I was over it at this point. Also at our table a hamburger was ordered and all I can say is there was a stray dog running around us that day that got fed good.

So our team went to work in Merced that day. My boss had been there before and Mexican food sounded good. All I expected was taco truck lived food. What I got, Was Way Beyond! I ordered 4 Carne Asada Tacos with their Green Sauce. I asked if that was their hotter of the two? (Red/Green) and yeah, the green was good. However, I like my food spicier than most people! The girl in the window gave me their red pepper chili paste hot sauce. That was perfect. Just what I liked over their tasty Tacos. Which were also much BIGGER than I expected too.

I went in a week ago. No problem, 2 day’s ago I get a burrito and steak quesadilla. 1st thing, it was done really fast, to fast. And for good reason. Both were undercooked. Dough was mushy and fell apart. New cook maybe? 20 bucks waisted ♂️
