I ordered online all the time because my wife loves this food. Personally I think it’s garbage, to top it off the orders are never ready even remotely close to the pickup time. Staff has gotten friendly and more helpful in the last few months, hopefully this positive trend continues.

Ordered my meal on doordash and it took about an hour from the moment I placed the order until it was at my door. Employees followed my notes perfectly and I had no complaints. For once, a location which didn’t have huge pieces of egg in the fried rice and didn’t overpower the entrees with vegetables in the plate as opposed to meat. Everything tasted delicious. Totally worth it.

I’ve been to various locations, but this spot recently opened not too long ago so I decided to give it a shot for dinner. Upon arrival there were a handful of people in line, and several others that arrived after. The process took a bit of time and I waited about 20 minutes to place my order. When selecting my 2 sides, it turns out both were an additional $1.50 each (honey walnut shrimp & wok seared steak and shrimp). The portions are not much so I was surprised there was an extra fee. On top of that, I noticed a sign at checkout that said fortune cookies are $1.50. What?! That’s insane. In any event, I enjoyed my food and plan on visiting again soon. Kudos to the staff for being nice and friendly, and hope the wait is minimal next time.

Food was delicious but they were out of the Rangoons which was the whole reason I go. This disappointed me but at least the rest of the meal was delicious. Very good 5 stars. Please have rangoon next time

Ordered to go but one of my order have no sauce that’s why the chicken is dry. Inconsistent serving. Also, they don’t check properly if the order is complete. 1 side is missing.

Do not come in the last hour before closing. 3 times i try to get dinner from this place and come around 8pm. They don’t refill anything so you will pay for leftovers. I am sitting in my car 45 min before closing and looking at people going in and leaving empty handed bcz there is nothing. And this is 8.15pm dinner time.

This Panda Express is so poorly run and it has been since they opened. Service is extremely slow. Half the time the food tastes old, soggy, undercooked or overcooked. Their online ordering is awful. Frequently most menu items aren’t even available to order. On-site they are consistently out of menu items including terrayaki chicken requiring you to wait as long as 20 minutes while they begin cooking. I’m not sure why they struggle consistently across the board. All other pandas I’ve been to can handle double or even triple the amount of customers with little to no issues.
