This place is a joke I live not even three blocks took them 30 mins after it said it’s been sent out after I waited a hour for them to even make it . Top it off they made me bread with some cheese on it and my dessert is a burnt cookie . im definitely sending pics to corporate cause this place is new and already has poor service. Just sad man I work all day kid wanted pizza I waited longer than expected then get this after I spent over 60 bucks and tip the damm driver . Then I call they hang up or say I’ll be right with you then hang up again

Quick service. Today’s pizza was a 7 out of 10. I don’t like their Canadian bacon. It is cut into strange little strips and doesn’t taste right. Despite this, I still like this Puzza Hut location.

I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery driver was very kind and went outside his district to get the pizza to us. It was late so I received a decent refund without asking. The pizza was just okay. I ordered pan pizza. I haven’t had pan pizza for some time but I remember the crust being thicker than these were. Also, I ordered two varieties. One large and one medium. They got the toppings reversed on the two sizes.

I honestly don’t even wanna leave 1 star. My daughter works near this location and has attempted to come to this location multiple times and has had a horrible each time. She and a co-worker came in and we’re ignored at the front counter for 10 minutes. They left she comes back today and ordered two dishes of Alfredo. After again waiting for 10 minutes for someone to show up to the counter. Gets her food takes a bite and it’s cold. Literally ICE in it. Takes it to the front counter and she explained it was cold. He had an attitude and shoved his pinky in it said “I guess I’ll make another one” sends her another she was upset set outside to eat. Still cold. Kids openly talking about her. We have pictures of staff and the sorry excuse for food she was served.

Fastest good pizza around. There may be better pizza somewhere else, but today my pizza was ready in just a few minutes. Meanwhile numerous pickups and takeouts happened. So they were not just slow on business. If you are looking for great pizza let me know where you found it. Meanwhile I will be eating not waiting.

I ordered & paid online. I went to the window to pick up. The guys asks me “do you wanna leave anything?” I asked leave anything? He said again “do I wanna leave anything like a tip or just get your receipt?” I said I just needed my receipt. I wasn’t having it delivered, I was picking up myself. Took him about 5 minutes to get me my pizza and this is one of them, exactly the way it was when the lid was opened at my house. One slice all the toppings are ripped off and thrown back on top and there is even a stray piece of pineapple in there. That entire pizza was trashed. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

BOTH WERE RAW like I can smell the actual yeast in the dough raw & apparently TOSSED around the driver’s car because this is EXACTLY how they looked when I opened them up! And not how I ordered on top of everything else.
