Unfortunately the negative reviews came true for me. Staff looks like they lack any motivation. One person making food during lunch rush. One trying to keep up cooking food and a few others just milling around. Took 25 minutes for my online order. Line was long for walk up orders. Food tasted ok, surprisingly. I hope they take more care in preparing the food than serving it otherwise someone is bound to get sick from this place.

Big letdown on this one. The two locations I go to in Tampa are always on point. Great attitudes, fast. This one was horrible. Supposed to open at 10:30 but didn’t til 11:00, they forgot to turn on the tortilla warmers so had to wait for that. Still wasn’t getting them warm enough so the wrap was bad and falling apart. No one cared and gave just an emotionless I’m sorry.

The worst qdoba you can ever go to, staff is the worst ever. never had worst staff then that and the manager was god awful she needs to be fired ASAP. everyone at this place needs to be set straight then fired. and i can’t tell you how many times but this place always runs out of ingredients including rice steak beans etc.

The dining room was filthy, just like the Alpine location! The food tasted bland, almost like no seasoning was used on anything… Not sure what happened to Qdoba, cause it used to be SO much better. The staff were very nice and smiley though, but if the dining room cannot even be cleaned properly, what does the kitchen look like? Come on Qdoba, get it together!

Disappointed that the dining room closed at eight, and I was not informed until after they started making my food the way I was informed by them yelling at people for sitting down in the dining room and rudely stating that the dining room is closed to those other gentlemen, they said they didn’t have enough people to keep the dining room open, but yet two people were just standing around. There was only really one person on the floor working and again extremely rude and didn’t know how to rap a burrito

Unmotivated staff. Seriosly if drug tested all would be posiitive. No care just bare min work ethic to satify the parole board. Cashier leaning over counter looking to give birth. 1 person making burritos 1 putting the topings on and 2 others in the kitchen rolling joints. Hire some staff already. Not worth the min wage were forced to pay. Pay a little more for the competition in and out 5 min with 4 people ahead of me. Here 20+ minutes for 3 people. If the zoo is in need of sloths shop here first. Soooooooo dissapointing as this was my go to now…………….. Sorry. Good luck to the owner in the next chapter of bakruptcy..

Horrible experience. We walked out because the employees were arguing as to who was going to help us because neither wanted to. Like right in front of us. The one who didn’t help us just stared and rolled her eyes at us. Didn’t even greet us as we stood there for a few mins waiting to get helped. Also the place was filthy considering they just opened. If the dining room is thay dirty I can’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. We ended up walking out because the girl wanted to fight us.

Well I love Qdoba but found a sticker left on one of my peppers today. I’m no picky person so I peeled it off and kept eating lol however if this meal weren’t free from my points and tasty as always I probably would’ve given 2 stars but hey, we all have our days I guess
