This is my third review in 6 months. I had given it an enthusiastic and well deserved 5 Star in Feb 2023. Sadly, four months later, after several repeat visits, it was a critical but deserved 3 Star. Don’t know what happened but all the good stuff, except drive up service, had disappeared. I am very glad – and relieved- to report the Classic Chicken is as good as ever: tasty, good size, thick, juicy, tender. I am back! Even my wife who had been so let down agreed to return.

My family and I ordered the buy one get one free sandwich combo meals. We got a crispy chicken deluxe and a big buffy bleu with zucchini fries and a Coke Zero and sweet tea. My wife picked it up, as she got home we had two cokes (not zero) and my big buddy bleu was not big at all. It was missing a whole chicken tender and had regular buffalo dressing rendering the dish inedible.

Can be inconsistent, but overall good. And charging for extra sauce? That’s stupid. I pay $30 for two meals and then get charged for sauce because I didn’t get nuggets? I just like to dip my fries in creamy garlic cause it’s so tasty but I guess $30 for 2 meals isn’t enough.

Gone downhill in the past three years. I was the only person in line waiting as two female employees chit chat, look at me and continue chit chatting right at the register completely ignoring me. The manager saw me, allowed them to continue, walked passed and then came past again to ask me if I needed help.
