Our wedding cake was beautiful and the macarons were delicious and nobody could believe they were vegan. Super easy to work with and super flexible. We greatly appreciated using you all for our wedding day. I don’t have a good photo of the macarons because everyone ate them haha, but they were adorable and larger than expect.

I have alpha-gal which is a syndrome in which I can’t eat any meat or byproducts from a mammal (beef, pork, lamb, dairy, gelatin, etc). Therefore, it’s difficult for me to find places to eat out that can accommodate me. What makes is even more difficult is cross contamination and finding delicious food. We stumbled upon this adorable shop during our short stay in Indiana (we live in South Carolina). Hubby got a breakfast burrito and an everything banana cookie and I got the mock Buffalo chicken wrap, a piece of coffee cake, and a chocolate chip cookie peanut butter sandwich (I went all out since it’s almost impossible to find sweets anywhere and no I didn’t eat it all in one sitting!). This was the best stop we made. The only con is they aren’t closer. I would love to try more and I’d probably eat here everyday! Unfortunately, we stopped on our way home or we would’ve went again. Absolutely delicious!!!

Perusing the Muncie scene for a Small Business Saturday splurge, I walked out of two breakfast-advertised businesses before ordering at SS&C because of their local competitors’ carbon copied approaches to meals—cheap non-fresh juice; unknown coffee sources; preference to the populated tables. I found myself a long-awaited source of joy here, after hearing so much about how good this place was via word of mouth. I have some constructive criticism, if the owner wishes to be proactive in the matter; but I want the public to know that my experience was overwhelmingly good.

As luck may have it, SS&C opened one week before we came down to Muncie. I cannot express how amazing it is to find a vegan establishment that makes such a variety of delicious foods. I tried (almost) everything, from the Killer Tofu Sandwich and Biscuits and Gravy to a Funfetti Cupcake and a giant Cinnamon Roll. I even had the Southwest Buddha bowl three times and now I’m trying to remake it at home. You really can’t go wrong! You can tell from the moment you walk in that they love what they do, all items are so fresh and the flavors are out of this world. I can’t even pick a favorite item because everything I had was incredible and the customer service was unmatched. I’m sad I don’t live in Muncie or else I’d eat there everyday!

I am so thankful to have Sea Salt and Cinnamon in Muncie. I recently had to cut out gluten, eggs and dairy, which meant giving up on a lot of my favorite sweet treats. Every time I go to the shop they have a delicious option I can try. I also usually don’t like macaroons, but their sea salt and cinnamon one was delicious! They also are very friendly and clean.
