I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m 7 months pregnant but I’ve loved cassava since a child, hands down one of the best places I’ve ever ordered it from! Food is always nice and hot no matter how long you take to pick it up and the portion size is great.

The customer service is AMAZING. However, the food not so much. The Mac and cheese is dry, the plaintains are soggy, my Coco bread was hard. With that being said, the main dish which was the curry chicken was ok, the chicken was a bit rough but its what made us rate with establishment with 2 stars. And the cabbage was great!

I love this place! Never disappoints and is the closest in taste and style to my mom’s cooking. I’ve tried other places when Victory is not available in Uber Eats (wish they would join Grubhub) and I regret it every time. What I like most about Victory is their food tastes so good but is not filled with oil/greasy. And the taste of their food is consistent. It’s not good one day and off the next. I prolly eat from here too much but it’s so good. I order from them every other week. So if you’re not sure, give them a try. Their food is really good. Portions are large too. Usually lasts me a few days.

Casava leaf was ok not enough sauce tough the leaf doesn’t cost much at all people work hard for their money and want what they pay for so I’ll stay with Affrican Palace in gaithersburg md plus the food is delicious and portions are huge won’t be coming back to the hood!!!!

I’ve had food twice from here and it’s been amazing. I’m not a native African, but I grew up with Nigerians. And this food is so nostalgic to me. I used to have so many Nigerian native meals cooked for me, very authentic. And this food is authentic. Her customer service is amazing too. I get so happy to see her. Their stew and efo is soooooo good and it’s spicy which i love. They give you three choices of meat. I chose fish, beef, and chicken. You literally can’t beat that at any other african food spot. You should also try their cassava leaf it’s also great as well. I hope this helps anyone that wants to try this spot. ☺️

I ordered the Cassava leaves through Uber eats. It wasn’t horrible but it doesn’t tastes as good as the Cassava leaves I’ve had. It taste more like peanut stew. The attendant I spoke to says she doesn’t use palm oil because most of customer base prefer vegetable oil. In my opinion, that takes away the dish especially since she saturates the stew with peanut butter which is not what people are looking for when they order cassava leaf.

I ordered cassava leaves and my wife ordered curry chicken. Both our dishes were very bland and lacked actual flavor. My cassava leaves had too much meat no palm oil and was sweet instead of spicy and her curry chicken was dry with no flavor.
