The food was very good. Just like the name implies, it was Country cooking. Pricing was great and realistic. I did not ever see the bottom of my coffee cup until we were ready to leave. Missed that style cooking. Very glad we stopped on a whim and we will be returning the next time through the area.

I love this place. The food is always great. And even when it’s busy, the service is too. Half the fun of going is watching the server. She moves non-stop the whole time you’re there. I don’t know how she does it.

The food was amazing! Had the hot turkey sandwich and mashed potatoes. Definitely spring for the stuffing balls! Large portions for a great price. Down home feel and friendly, fast service. Cash only, but ATM on site.

Not a bad little country diner/ restaurant…I’d say it’s a 3.8 stars, would be a bit higher if our lunches that included chips came with actual potato chips and not the bottom of the bag crumbs lol. I got the Brady chicken sandwich which was good…fried chicken patty on a burger bun with bacon and provolone…you can add toppings too. Cole slaw was good. Cash or Check only..sign on the door says they close at 2 p.m. Def not a fancy place but it was a good lunch with a friendly server.

Stopped and ate breakfast on our way to Benezette to see the elk. Everyone was very friendly. Service was great. Will definitely stop back again when we r in the area to check out the rest of the menu. Portions and prices were also nice.
