we ordered takeout for a burrito and about half way after eating it i found a dead ladybug inside??? i initially thought it was a crushed bean but the resemblance to a ladybug is uncanny and it still had it’s head and legs. it was disgusting and i immediately lost my appetite after 🙁

This could be one of the worst chipotles ive ever been to. Me and my friend ordered takeout from here and half the bowl was eaten by someone. They never give full portions and its quite disappointing because the food is always the same and pretty good.

Been going here for 3 weeks, the color of the guacamole has consistently been gray, no hint of green. Today I ordered a chicken bowl, they didn’t put in chicken. The Diet Coke tastes it was mixed with rotten limes. Don’t know how this chipotle can be so bad.

The Closter location has gone downhill faster than an avalanche. The staff stands around staring at you with zero hello’s or acknowledgments as if you’re invisible. The food quality has also suffered immensely and is now mediocre at best. Twice I’ve gotten a steak bowl and the steak had little to no seasoning. The first time I figured it was an off day but in two trips to follow I had a very similar experience. As much as I love my double steak, double guacamole bowls and the convenience of the Closter location, I’ll never be returning again. I’d rather drive an additional 20 minutes and get a quality meal than get lousy service and tasteless food minutes from my office. It’s a shame.
