I’m sorry to say that this Arby’s location is the only one that I’ve come across that is consistently good, at other Arby’s locations I’ve eaten at, I’ll get my food verily luck warm, or light on the meat, or it might be good the next time I eat there. Waited 5 minutes in drive thru window after being told to hold on. Asked if anyone was there and then Xavier said “ I’ll be with you in just a moment and I said I’ve got a mobile order and he said then pull around…God.” I was only picking up a mobile order. I drove around and went inside and told Xavier he needed to watch how he talked to people and learn respect. He didn’t want to listen to me at all. The shift supervisor (didn’t get her name) did not say 1 word. Zero customer service rating. Arby’s, please teach your employees some customer service skills.

I ordered 5 for 10 cheese and loaded fries she gave me curly fries so told her I ordered loaded and ask how much more I owed she said nothen. Food was hot and good place was clean. They were very nice they seemed like a young crew but their was not any horse playing they all did their job (A+)

Ordered a medium combo and got a small drink. The lady lied to me and said this was the medium, even though I could see the sizes of the drinks behind her. I mentioned this and she got upset and wouldn’t talk anymore. Never ever going to arbys again.
