If you’re feeling Taco Bell, don’t go to this location. Service is horrible, and the food quantity is even worse. Just look at the picture I posted of the oil leaking from my bag coming out of my tacos. The owner of this location should be embarrassed to serve grassy tacos like this. Corporate should investigate this location for quality and service around 9 p.m. because whoever runs this location around this time needs to be retrained. Don’t waste your money and time waiting in the drive-thru at this location.

I’ve lived right near this Taco Bell for about 8 months now, and never once have I been there and gotten what I’ve wanted. Either it be that they added tomato and beans when they were requested to be removed or getting a completely different order entirely. Not only that, but when I’d head back and ask for a refund, rather than just having it remade, I received attitude from both management and staff. So, if your really feeling Taco Bell, I suggest you drive 5 or 10 minutes out to avoid going to this one.

If you are expecting to receive the correct order NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL and you better hope that Takia Alexander is never taking your order because she is a degenerate. Not to mention, she has the worst attitude and is extremely disrespectful to customers. When she got my order entirely wrong because she entered it wrong, she refused to give a refund. Save yourself and do not ever visit this location.

Came to the drive thru at 9:45 on a Friday night And was about 5 cars in line in front of me did not get to the speaker to order until 10:15 the service here is horrible. Got my food and it was cold. I would have left the drive thru line but I was trapped in the line with cars in front of and behind me

The lobby was close, so everyone had to do the drive thru. We go to Taco Bell twice a month, but this one was the worst as to the quality and portion of food. Their tacos Supreme had very little filling. I presume this is a corporate store, and one would think that their standards are consistent, but no. I got KFC since they are a two franchise in one building. KFC has gone down hill for a very long time, unfortunately Church’s are closing their stores.

I have lived by this Taco Bell/KFC for years now. it has regularly closed early, staff is rude, with the exception of one young lady at the drive thru. I went yesterday at 5 pm and the lobby was closed for the day. They say they are open till at least midnight, which if they are I have never seen it. Just all around poor service go toWendy’s next door.

Absolutely one of the worst drive thrus in Tampa (of all fast food- MCDs, Wendy’s, etc.), honestly probably in the country. I don’t think I have ever bothered writing a review for a fast food chain. But this place is actually jaw-droppingly slow. It’s insane. And once you’re in the line, you’re screwed and have to wait it out. No lie it takes 30 mins to get through it. It’s consistently slow, every single time, unless you go at like 4pm on a Wednesday I guess. I just don’t even understand it.

Came here 07/14 at 10:30ish. There is clearly staff available and the posted hours says it is open. Staff refused to serve anyone. Pretty lazy in my opinion. Hope a ceo sees this to fire both the store and district manager.
