First time here. Was driving around with my daughter looking for a late lunch and saw the sign. The menu is quite extensive and varied which we both appreciated. The food came quickly though when we sat down we were the only ones there. We both ordered ramen and were pleased at the portions and that it was not overwhelmingly salty as some ramen can be. The only real downside was an odor like the septic/sewer system was not properly vented and the smell was coming back in. It was most noticable sitting by the restrooms though my daughter said she could not smell it.

They charged a “minimum” 15% fee for eating in their establishment and 20% for groups larger than five. But did we get any service that deserves 15% tips? Absolutely not. They only showed up twice for serving the water which tastes weird and the food. Never came back asking if we need anything or check on the food. My kid likes to eat noodles but he says it tastes weird and refused to finish. I wonder have the owner read any of the reviews and willingly to make any improvements? We will definitely not coming back.

Absolute WORST poke bowl I have ever seen in my life. Under all of the spicy mayo that they drench on everything, I counted EIGHT tiny pieces (1/4 inch cubes) of fresh fish. There was more spicy mayo in this bowl than other ingredients. they put spicy mayo on the rice, spicy mayo with the fish, and spicy mayo on top of everything at the end! I asked the worker where all the fish was in the bowl and he told me to “ask how much fish I will get next time”. Incredibly rude. $17 for this garbage. You are better off going to Poke Works and getting three times the amount of fish for way cheaper!

This is by far the best ramen I have ever had. Very hot and fresh, the service was amazing and the place was very clean. Fresh and delicious! This is a small business and they need more attention. I will be coming back for sure!

I usually don’t leave reviews but…. yikes. For the price, the food is VERY mid. Ramen was just okay – I ordered regular Spicy Tonkotsu but they gave me the creamy. Pork buns were $11.50 and they were burnt and dry. Plus they charge you an extra 15% to sit inside?? I know we’re on tough times but that’s…insane. I was the only person inside the entire 45 mins I was there. You charged me five extra dollars to wash my singular bowl? Unreal. Overall just okay food and inflated prices. Go elsewhere ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I LOVE this place, the food is top notch and I have introduced it to many people. You will wait for your food, but it is so fresh and full flavored that the wait is well worth it. Order online if time is of the essence. I have had all types of Tonkatsu, and also the fried rice, which was one of the best I’ve had. The available Japanese sodas (with the marble inside) are a must try, every flavor is great. My father was living in Japan after the Vietnam War for a short time, so yesterday I ordered him the Ramen as a surprise. He was delighted and full of nostalgia by the authenticity of the meal. I can always tell when an establishment has a passion for their craft. These people go above and beyond that. They help their community and people in need. Amazing kindness. I love being a patron here, not only for the quality of food, but the quality of person. Regardless, if it’s carry out or dine-in, I have always been more than satisfied with everything. You may pay a few dollars more, but it goes into superior ingredients and artisan technique. Big KUDOS to my friends at Tsuta! Thank you for your dedication!
