To the owner(s) of Bojangles everywhere why don’t you let these fine ladies to throw your premixed biscuit flour in the trash and walk over to the grocery store and bring back a bag of flour and a can of crisco and allow them to make biscuits the way they ought to be made. I remember when Bogangles first opened in 1977. Just as I remember how my mother, or anyone’s mother, would make biscuits and how good they were.

So I go through the drive through at 6pm and ask for a 8 piece family meal and they tell me it will be 20 minutes. I may be asking a lot to expect a chicken restaurant to have chicken available during dinner hours but hey that’s just me.

I come here 2-4 times a week for breakfast. Today, I am disappointed. I go to grab my biscuit and of course it’s not fully wrapped. I’m picky about my food. I don’t know who all has touched my biscuit with it wrapped the way it is. I feel as if I wasted my money this morning. The food here is always good, but today I refuse to eat it because of how it is wrapped.

I will drive 15 min out of my way to go to another bojangles, because the biscuits don’t taste the same here. For the past year it has been this way. Train them right and proper steps will be taken. We eat bojangles on the daily too.
