I always like this location, orders always correct and doesn’t take too long in the drive thru. However they were closed today on a Sunday at 7:45am but there was no sign or anything letting you know. They had a line of cars trying to order but no one was there! Can you please put a sign up on your drive thru menu maybe if you’re closed?? It would save some confusion!

I am not sure I will ever return to this location. Previously I ordered my coffee and when I got to work I had a cup of hot water. Today I ordered coffee with mocha and cream. The worker repeated mocha and cream. I said yes. I get to work today and now I have 1 cream and 1 milk. No mocha. What gives? Avoid 834 Long Pond Dunkin if you want a correct order. Employees at my work have stories as well.

So I usually go to Tim hortons across the street for my breakfast before work they are way faster & never mess up my order but today I was craving Dunkin’ & wen you are pregnant you can’t ignore your cravings first of I waited about 25 minutes in line very slow service to just get my order & it was messed up i got a completely different sandwich with bacon instead of sausage & no sugar in my coffee terrible couldn’t go back to wait another hour cause I had to go to work & I been trying to call to tell them but no one is answering I want my money back & on top of that they charge 1$ for free water only place I know that charges for free water

waited for 20 minutes for a cold egg sandwich and had to remind them about the bagel that my daughter ordered, which was thrown at me as if I was bothering her. only 2 young girls working with no manager, the place was messy and full of kids hanging around talking to the staff. horrible Dunkin , I hope they straighten that place out

We were waiting for 20 minutes before we got all our food. When we got our bagel they threw it at us in disgust. There was no manager. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel. And there was bugs on the donuts. Horrible costumer service Dunkin .
