Pretty standard Panda Express with the usual fare. The cashier, however, charged me for two water bottles when I only ordered one. Before I could see my digital receipt she printed it and handed me one water bottle. When I realized what happened I brought it to the attention of a different cashier who gave me another bottle. This is a costly mistake (at turnpike prices) at best and deceptive at worst, especially since most customers will likely not check the receipt. As a franchise of a nationally-recognized chain, it is not unreasonable to expect transparent and accurate billing – it’s the bare minimum.

I am a 5’5 white american lady and I’m a fellow californian. I stopped to get a quick meal for my 5 year old son. I ordered the bowl which is supposed to come with only 1 side. This crazy woman Tatiana with fiery eyes decided it was a good idea to add orange chicken before asking me and when i chose to donate a dollar to charity, she charged me 5 dollars. I’m willing to bet good money that money went STRAIGHT to her dirty pockets. Shame! They did not even take cash, and didn’t even give me the time of day to explain how i was scammed. I will NEVER be coming here again and MOST definitely will never be coming to Connecticut again because of this terrible experience.

This location is always fresh and DELICIOUS! but they only accept cards NO CASH! this is permanent it’s not temporary from covid. The sweet fire chicken and black pepper Angus is to die for it’s a flavor explosion! The older gentleman who works there is lovely, SO personable.
