Papa Johns uses Door Dash for some of their deliveries. Every time I order and it’s Door Dash delivering they take forever. So I order a pizza, see it’s Door Dash delivering, and call to ask a manager how I can ensure it’s a Papa Johns employee delivering instead of Door Dash. He sees my order and this smart a** says “tip higher.” Ummm I always tip this place 40% every single order every time. My order tonight was 41% tip. How much freaking more do you want Papa Johns???? I wonder if their corporate office knows this place wants more than a 40% tip to have one of their employees make a delivery.

Delivered my pizza on the floor outside and didn’t ring my door bell like I requested. I asked for hand delivery….Put it in my hand. Then they refused my refund of cold dirty pizza that went in the trash. They refused to come back to pickup (since I ordered delivery.) Unprofessional and piss poor customer service. ZERO stars.
