Chopped Brisket, smoked sausage, potato salad, pinto beans, loaf bread, onion, pickle sweet tea. The pinto beans had large chunks of smoked meat , potato salad with onions and a hint of mustard like I make at home, you can taste the smoke in the Brisket, the onion and pickle slices are a nice addition.

Update: 11/08/2022. Stopped in because bbq sounded good. They have no turkey on the menu, they were out of sausage. Pulled pork was tough, and the moist brisket wasn’t moist. They raised their prices way to high, a 3 meat plate is 20 dollars, when other places are charging 16 dollars…Will never return here… Uncle Bob’s has the best BBQ in Montgomery. Everything l have eaten has been awesome.

Found this place by accident. Excellent choice for my lunch. BBQ sliced brisket was smoky and tender. They did the onion ring batter the way I like it, without a lot of sugar. Friendly server was busting her tail to make sure the customers had what they needed. I will definitely go back; it was worth my 30 minute drive.

Delicious! We happened to be in the Conroe area and were hungry for BBQ. A quick Google led us to Uncle Bob’s. We loved our brisket sandwiches! Sauce was just right! Pinto and green beans were to die for. We had planned to take our meals home, but it smelled so good, we ate in the parking lot! Lol. We’ll be back to Uncle Bob’s BBQ soon!

What a great place! Onion rings were to die for. The owner was so nice and I enjoyed our conversation about his success with his BBQ sauces. Great to have Georgia folks here! Loved that they asked Kenny Cooper to play for the One Year Anniversary Celebration. The place was amazingly clean and pleasing to the eye. Great food ! Great Service and I put it on my list of must of places you must try . PS the Bob’s Party Punch was spiked and right!
