I’d never had, or to be honest, heard of this food until yesterday. It was fantastic. The Shepherd salad was fresh, and refreshing, for a hot summer day. The pumpkin dumplings were delicious, with spices I did not recognize but enjoyed. Service was fast and friendly.

One of the most legit Uyghur cuisine in the area. Big plate chicken is one of my favorite. Highly recommended! Great service, foods, and dine in experience

Awesome and reasonably priced Central Asia food. Simple but nice vibe. Little slow but pleasant service.

This was my first time trying Uyghur Cuisine at Bostan and I think it is more than safe to say it will not be my last. I was extremely surprised by the high level of care and attention that goes into each and every dish, albeit it may take a little longer to prepare, but the wait is most definitely worth it!! Everything from the Lamb Skewers to the Soman Noodles, Lagmen, Kazan Kabobs, and even the oh so juicy Mantas was seasoned to perfection. The service here was absolutely on par with the quality of the food as well. They were just great, friendly people and you could just tell by the way they spoke about their food and culture how proud they were of it. 100% recommend to anyone who wishes for a great meal and to push their palate to a whole new level.

I really love the food here and definitely will comeback again. It’s a relatively small restaurant and during the busy hour, they are sometimes too busy to respond immediately. But overall I like it a lot.

very authentic. cumin, chile, garlic are the three main food groups here. the da pan ji (big pan chicken), lamb kebabs, and uyghur pizza (and flaky dough that encases spiced lamb and onions) are must haves. friday’s and saturday’s the lamb pilaf – slow cooked lamb shank so tender it falls off the bone, over a bed of rice slippery with fat and sweetened with carrot slivers – is a showstopper. warm service as well. only disappointment were the cold skin noodles – not quite as springy or well flavored as some other spots. but everything else a certified hit.

A solid option for a less-common Chinese cuisine. The lamb skewers were quite good, very tender and well seasoned. The large plate chicken was very flavorful, but the chicken itself was kind of medium quality. The Saozi Noodles were not particularly flavorful.

Food was generally good but came out at a very slow pace and spaced out. We were a family of 6 and every single one of us received their dish at a different time. Even our appetizer salad came out very late in the game, after the first couple of dishes came out. Noodle dishes were good, sans the soup dish.

The food is incredible, especially for the price. However, the service is pretty lousy. We ordered drinks and after 15 minutes of waiting, had to go over to the waiter and remind them about our drinks; and we were the only ones there at the time!

We drove 35 mins from MD to get a taste of this new Uighur restaurant and it was absolutely worth the hassle!
