This definitely feels like the atmosphere of a Ma and Pa Mexican market because it is. It’s a single family that runs this entire place. Are used to work in the same strip mall complex and would drop in for the supreme burrito or so pays all the time. Pricing is super reasonable for the authentic Mexican food that you’re getting. And they have a Mexican meat department. This is where I get my marinated carne asada & pollo.

I’m sorry but honestly the tamales were the worst I’ve ever eaten. My family is Mexican and I love trying other tamales compared to my family’s! These were not anything that I can describe other than I called them immediately and returned them to this marketplace as they tasted horrible! No I don’t recommend purchasing tamales here. I know from past experiences that tamales wrapped in paper around a corn husk is not ever going to turn out Good!

They have some of the best Mexican food in Vancouver. This little market is situated back in the corner and the restaurant is in the back of the actual market. I’ve had quite a few dishes off the menu here and they are all tasty and super fresh. I feel as if I am in the Southern half of the United States where some of the best Mexican food can be found.
