We all know McDonald’s have long waits and is a lot long lines. Today 10/30/2022 about 2:50ish pm, the young lady at the back window cashier was excellent. We need more like her. She was courteous and thanked me for my purchase and even said have a great day. McDonald’s employees hardly ever say those wonderful words. Forgot I was at Mickey D’s. Get to the next window to pick up food. I for sure was reminded I was at McDonald’s. The guy basically shoved the food out the window. As if he was giving me stolen food I had paid for. When I worked at McDonald’s (years ago 2000’s.) I was trained that if a customer order 3 or more drinks they automatically get a cup holder. Every time I go to McDonald’s (not much) I have to ask them if they have a cup carrier. It’s very irritating. Parking lot is directly next to a gas station which is near the highway so there’s a lot of traffic. Coming in and out. I’m confused at why the adult kids meal is being advertised but has yet to be available. It should say coming soon or it’ll be here one day.

Women’s restroom was horrible. Had 3 stalls – 1 handicapped and 2 regular. 2 of those had toilets that were clogged up to the top and the smell was awful. The floors throughout the restaurant were dirty. When this was bright to the attention of the young man cleaning the tables he said “I just got here!” For me he should have gotten his manager to speak with us and then remedy the problem. Would never go back there again in my travels.

So dang lazy that they turn off mobile orders completely so they only have to fulfill interior and drive-thru orders. Same excuse every time that “it’s been shut off since this morning”, but the one a few miles away is okay?! Absolutely shameful management.

Plaved my order and waited 20 minutes for it to be ready. Food was what you expect quality wise from mcdonalds though the burgers were a bit cold and didn’t seem like they just came out even though we waited so long. They messed up both burgers and the toppings were all wrong. Thankfully the nuggets were hot and good. The bathroom was disgusting, one of the men’s urinals didn’t flush and looked as if it had been sitting quite some time.

Bathrooms were a nightmare! No soap, one sink operating, all three stalls with toilets clogged and urine everywhere. In the dining room all trash cans overflowing, no straws, very unkept and I will not be stopping here again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They refused to serve me told me to use the kiosk when there was workers just standing around an they were not busy. Don’t get me started with the bathrooms.. can anyone say std infested. Wow toliets full of u name it all 3 stalls toliets gross toliet paper an paper towels everywhere floor counters you name it. Thank god we didn’t order food scared to eat there food if there place looks like that.

Most discriminating experience i’ve ever received. Their system went out and one of the workers came to yell at a whole bunch of hispanic that they weren’t taken orders then proceeded to make rude comments about they money on the koisk going into his pockets. There was no need to yell and that’s not all. The problem is how different it was when the worker told a WHITE person. They used their inside voice and explained to them the process like seriously what the hell (excuse the language). Even when the white person was screaming at the worker he remained calm, but not with the hispanic who didn’t even say anything back. The discrimination and rudeness. I can’t say the name of the workers because they simply didn’t have any name tags but i do believe it was a manager. Horrible customer service.

I won’t lie, I hate McDonald’s, but I’m forced to visit to appease my child. We pulled up to one of the two order kiosks and sat for five minutes before pulling back around to get in the other line. We waited an additional eight minutes in line. I know the going excuse is “we’re short-handed,” but until it’s not called fast food, that’s not fast for a kid’s meal.
