Worst experience ever with this location the last 4 times I have ordered here over the past year and a half. I Always wait a while to see if things have improved and it’s just getting worse. Each time the wait for food is ridiculously long. I swear they don’t start to cook it until you come in to pick it up. This time I ordered at 5:40 with pick up time of 6:09 didn’t get our food until 6:45 I have never had a pizza place take an hour anywhere else. I called the location 6 times while husband was inside waiting for our food (he doesn’t like confrontation) so I wanted to call to see what was going on. and no one picked up. I already paid so there was nothing we could do.

I buy pizza at this Little Caesars at least 3 days a week they used to have a great service when Linda was the manager now they have a new guy for the last month and the pizza has the smallest amount of everything you’re getting an extra most best the pizza in the center of the pizza was about the size of a coffee cup sorcerer and that’s how much was pizza all the rest was dough I returned to pizza twice in one day because the pizza was the worst I’ve ever seen and it wasn’t even round today

Don’t say pizza will be ready in 5-10 minutes, if it’s going to be 15 minutes or more. Don’t give all of the ‘Hot n Ready’ pizzas to a large order when you don’t have enough to fill that order. It was really unpleasant having to listen to some moron complaining and telling the employees to hurry up, when the pizza is baking in an automated, timed oven. We’re all waiting for the same thing and he’s yelling, “That’s what I’m waiting for!” Dude, nobody cares. Though the associate is saying all the right things, her insincerity and apathy are obvious. Also, don’t gripe about said moron/customer within earshot of other customers.

I placed an order online which included 2 16oz Pineapple Pepsis. When I arrived at the Deltona location to pick up my order, I was told the Pepsi was out of stock and has been for weeks. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go back online to request the refund, the employee told me they use a 3rd party vendor for online orders and the actual store has nothing to do with online. The employee couldn’t even tell me how to request a refund online, he told me he didn’t even know how to do a refund in store either! If a product is out of stock FOR WEEKS why was I still able to purchase it?!?!?!? Seems like Deltona Little Caesers needs some extra revenue, beware when ordering online!!!!!!

Tried to call to place an order they wouldn’t answer the phone get to the location they’re so short-handed that they can’t even take your order after waiting about 10 minutes to place an order I finally get to place it 30 minutes later they have my food prepared and they didn’t even give me what I ordered at that point I decided to get a refund and leave this place isn’t even worth going to they need serious help in there I wish I could do a zero star that’s more accurate

I’ve been there twice, first time was a bit slow cause they were really busy. But, the food was fresh. Second time, timely manner and food was also fresh. I like the food so far, haven’t been there on the weekend yet though. Will update if I do.
