Food was disgusting! Flavorless , unappealing to the eye and my broth tasted scorched. The absolute worst ramen I have ever had ! I asked for spicy but you can clearly see from the picture the ramen is very pale looking. Ingredients were not fresh. I took two bites and a sip of the broth and was immediately turned off. I ended up asking for a to-go box and threw it away when I got in the car. Mind you, my order was $32. I paid it though but I will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I love this place! The food is always excellent, the servers are always super nice. It is a bit of a wait sometimes to get your food, but I always know this place is worth the wait. My only complaint is the bathroom is literally never clean, half the time it has bottle of watered down soap(which is kind of nasty, how clean can your hands get with that?)

Our visit with Kikko was okay. We showed up about 45 min before closing and we asked nicely if it was too late to dine in and the guy at the front was very hesitant to let us sit down so we just ordered to go. Our food was made promptly and we paid and left. The items that were fried had the texture of it just sitting there, not much of a crunch. I love seedweed salad and that was a big plus for it being good. I opted for the sweet Thai chili sauce and it gave the dish more flavor, the the chicken was a little too bland for me. We will be back to give it another try.

I went in with my partner last night to get Ramen as we do on some of our date nights. He and I for the first time experienced a terrible server (Eugene). He took like 5 minutes to take our order and then brought our drinks out to us (unsweetened tea). We asked for sugar while we were giving the order. He didn’t bring the sugar. We drank all our drink before the food came and he never refilled them. He never checked on us once to see if we were enjoying the meal. He almost refused to come back after we got our food. We waited upwards of 25 minutes staring at him while he catered to the other tables. He seemed to want to cater to the tables without POC. For context I am, but my partner is not. We had to flag him down just to get the check and to pay. After this experience I’m not sure I want to return.

Great place. Diverse crowd. People were talking, laughing & eating splashy food. Ramen noodles prepared Japanese style. We enjoyed tempura shrimp, but it was gone before we could get a picture. Wait staff was awesome. Service was reasonably fast, very kind & patient, answering questions about ethnic foods with which we were not familiar. It was an outstanding experience! As I understand it, this is not a franchise which makes it even better in my opinion. I had miso pork soup, hold the noodles. Delicious. Very cool place. Mel n I thought of all the people we know, friends & family, who we would like to invite. Great, social atmosphere. Save room for dessert- we had green tea ice cream balls. Ethnic excellence. Oh, Fresh Flowers on every table.
