Max is by far the best employee I’ve seen at this location. I come every so often and just the extra effort he put in made me want to come back again. Trying his best to keep up with everything needed and being attentive and polite as well as professional. I wish the ice machines were working but other than that everything was good.

I want to start by saying I try not to write bad reviews, and this used to be one of my favorite Moe’s locations. We went into Moe’s on 7/28, around 4PM. There were three employees present, and two of them stayed in the back room while one was running everything up front. The young man serving us was very nice. We got our food and went to sit down.

I placed my order promptly at 11 am, as soon as the restaurant opened today. While the staff was friendly, I was disappointed to find the place in a state of filth. The floor was sticky, the table was dirty, and the men’s restroom was in a disastrous condition. Even the soda machine and surrounding area were unclean. To make matters worse, the black beans I consumed were evidently leftovers from the previous night, and I am now experiencing the consequences on the toilet. In retrospect, no matter how hungry I was, I should have never chosen to dine at this establishment. This was my first and last time eating at this franchise.

This place is awful. Tiny tacos with a pitiful amount of meat. The whole place was gross. Dirty kitchen, sticky floors, and the touchscreen of the coke machine was so disgusting with caked up food I went and washed my hands immediately after using it. Oh yeah they were out of ice too… The only guy working kept on gloves and never changed them even after ringing people up. Lastly the price! I paid 12.95 plus the drink for a meal worth $8 top’s.

Had a great experience and amazing lunch. They even added my tortilla to my bowl for me. Huge portion that I finished off for dinner. Very clean and friendly staff. Just wish the parking lot was safer. But all the traffic from WaWa and the other establishments keeps it busy. Be careful and go get you a tasty carnitas burrito bowl. Their chips are always a plus too. Lightly salted with something else. They are great to snack on while sitting in traffic 😉

Can’t handle a simple order, screwed up everyone’s food, burrito was cold like it came out of a fridge, didn’t send my kids food. Everyone’s order had atleast one or two things wrong with it. Just overall disappointed that a food place can’t do the only thing they set out to do.

Placed an online order at this location twice and both times, the order was incorrectly made. Also missing items. I ordered a bowl and they gave me a burrito. They also give much smaller portions at this location and the double meat is never double.

Super disappointed. I order from this location a few times a month, always ask for extra chips because I get a cup of queso with my burrito. Regardless if I asked or not… this is sad. This isn’t even accurate to the portion usually given. Most of it seems to be from the bottom of the barrel too. So thanks guys. Probably happen 3 times now.

We have been coming to this Moe’s for a year and it keeps getting worse. The size of the burritos are miniature. The staff puts on very small amounts of toppings. It is not worth the money, even on Moe’s Monday. When I went in today, the staff member put the last four pieces of steak that was left in the bowl and tried to move on as if that were enough. I had to ask for more steak. If I wanted such a small burrito (and such unperson able service) I could have gone to Taco Bell and paid a lot less.

I’m basing my review mainly on the great customer service! I went on Free Queso Day (which is amazing that they do this) and the guys there were so friendly and one of them was pretty hilarious. The queso is amazing, but the food- generally speaking, is overpriced for the quality. I think if Moe’s reduced menu prices a couple dollars, then I’d be more willing to go more frequently. Another pretty awesome thing was that two of the workers were actually out on the streets with a cart passing out queso to people in cars and I drove by them and got myself another bag of queso and chips! Now that’s good service!!
