We work in town and ordered from here. We waited over an hour for our food got it and it was burnt and missing pieces of our order . We called back as we paid in full for the order and wanted what we paid for and dipping sauce that was so hard you can’t even dip in it. A loose cannon of an ” owner” gets on the phone literally enraged, talking over us, being extremely rude . We had to screen record the call. It was so unbelievable! We have sent the video to the actual Domino’s corporate so they can see how mentally unstable this franchise owner is. Next time, we are pizza hut all the way!

Wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches, bread twists with cheese dipping sauce and an order of lava cakes. Not only did it take over an hour to get our food, but our dessert was missing and the dipping sauce was burnt, rubbery and inedible. I called to request my missing food and a replacement of my dipping sauce when things got ugly. After speaking to the manager I was put on hold and transferred to the “franchisee owner”. He immediately yelled at me asking what was so wrong with the food that we couldn’t eat it. Before I could even respond he went on about needing the food back, yelling and getting angrier by the second. He continued to yell over me and saying we could do whatever because he was the top dog there. Needless to say, a video of the conversation was sent to corporate and I will NEVER do Domino’s again!!! EVER!!!

I was working and was hungry. Domino’s was across the street. I looked them up and it said they were open until midnight. It was about 11:40p. I placed a small order and was going to run over there to pick it up. I waited until the tracker said it was ready. I arrived there at 11:51p, the doors were locked. The 2 females working saw me try to get in and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I waited, thinking maybe the food wasn’t quite ready. They left me standing out there for 10 mins before I started knocking on the door asking if they were going to give me my food (that had already been paid for) someone finally came to the door, saying she guesses she would sell me the food, which was already made. Instead of giving me the food and explaining that orders needed to be in by 11:30p so I would know next time. They chose to be rude and unprofessional. I’m guessing they thought they would just take me food home or something. It all was completely uncalled for!

The last pizza I ordered arrived a little burned, very dry and wasn’t really as tasty as I remembered it – and asking for just a little sauce shouldn’t mean “practically nonexistent”. Also wish they’d offer a lactose/dairy-free cheese option like another local chain does.
