They have Gluten free pizza. And if your bring in vegan cheese,they will put it on the pizza for you. Absolutely fantastic customer service. This is a pick up restaurant, there are places to eat outside. The food is delicious.

A couple of my people and I decided to try this place out for calzones considering their ratings. The place is a whole in the wall and they had a decent amount of traffic. I ordered 3 calzones and the total came out to 44 and change, we waited for about 40 minutes and our food finally came out, we ate outside and when I pulled out the calzones and the size was impressively big but they were just wrapped in like a sandwich wrap. Pulling them out we broke them open and oh my goodness it dripped in oil, I poured it out to make it somehow enjoyable, I had the vegetarian, my buddy had the ground beef and cheese, my other had the special and we all had the same issue but theirs not as bad I’m assuming because the beef soaked up the oil. Overall it was a disappointing order for what I paid, I’m sure their other stuff is good (I hope) and the staff was kind. The review was solely on the calzone. Won’t be ever ordering that again here!

It’s painful for my family and I to have to put a review and give a one star. I’m writing this review based off of principle of customer service. We have been ordering from this business since 2020 pandemic shelter in place. We have become familiar with the business and gotten close with our delivery driver. We ordered pizza last weekend and it’s really not a big deal that the delivery takes an hour to an hour and a half. Mind you that we’re not complainers we’re pretty easy-going family, but the pizza was two hours late. I did call and asked that we’ve been waiting quite some time and the manager on that shift said he’s on his way to deliver our pizza and his so sorry. As he arrived with the pizza, it wasn’t our normal delivery driver. My husband answered the door and the male employee apologized in a hurry and said he gave us jalapeños and ranch on them. We have never ordered jalapeños or ranch from them ever. Just tonight I wanted to order for delivery of $70 worth of food. I mentioned this experience to the woman on the phone and was very abruptly rude and proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t file a complaint to the location they weren’t able to give me a discount or make it right. Mind you, there is no policy of filing a complaint to the location on their website. Also, the gentleman that delivered our pizza didn’t mention to us of their policy of dissatisfaction as well. As I proceeded to let the lady know on the phone if they can knock off a couple bucks off of our big order that would be great since we’re loyal clients and order from them every other week . She proceeded to be very rude, abrupt and horrible customer service that we have never experience there at Mamma Mia’s. As I told her that I’m going to take my business somewhere else, and that’s very unfortunate that she couldn’t make it right, she proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere and that’s perfectly fine. I am so surprise that this place of business handled this situation horribly. I come from a big family that owns Castillo‘s Mexican restaurant here in the valley for decades, we thrive on customer service and connect with community. That’s what keeps the business going and successful. Especially with the high inflation rates of the economy, my families, hard earned money was worth it at the time to enjoy local pizza that actually tasted good and supported local businesses. This is a very sad evening of poor customer service, and just from that, I cannot support Mamma Mia‘s with my hard earned money in this inflation time.

Cannot say enough good things about this business. They know how to take care of their customers. Have been stopping by for a the best thin New York style pizza for several years. Never disappointed, pizza is always hot and flavorful. The cheese and crust is always the right texture and on point. Owner always made time to conversate as well. Even though I didn’t wait long, they gave me some delicious bread with an amazing dipping sauce. I have ordered a full pizza here before and can say I rather have their slices. It’s still good but just different in texture and bite.
