For a pizza hut, management is on point here. Have been here a few times and management has always been friendly or accommodating and has even gone above and beyond and tried lowering my final sales price without ever asking or having me say anything. Store is always very clean and orders are always on time as well which I think is awesome.

This fault falls under Door Dash their partner delivery service. I had ordered pizza and bread sticks online and requested that it be hand delivered to me (because personally I don’t like my food being put on the ground). I was tracking my order and still nothing was outside my door. So I went to check again and found my pizza was on the ground with our neighbors dog eating the pizza. I immediately called the Pizza Hut store to make a complaint and thankfully they were able to make a whole new order free of charge. He also had their own delivery person deliver it. So dinner was saved thank you Pizza Hut for fixing door dash mistake

I love this Pizza Hut location but why are the pizzas not being cooked fully recently? This is the second time I’ve ordered and all of the pizzas I’ve ordered were undercooked. Last time I ordered four pizzas and breadsticks this time I ordered two with breadsticks. The breadsticks are fine but the pizza’s were way undercooked both times.

Ordered a Super Supreme and instead of receiving the perfectly cooked, thick, delicious pizza with tons of topping as I usually get from different locations. I got the poster child pizza that says we don’t care about your business, we have no interest in making a customer happy and can’t wait to see customers surprised look when they tell them there is nothing wrong with that pizza, it’s exactly what you ordered. Sir would you like me to make another one? I ask what will you do different, answer, Nothing. Been using Pizza Hut franchise for years and never received a pizza that was so thin with hardly any toppings, ever! For thier signature pizza that has the most toppings this is a sad example. Pic included. Like I said, They employee didn’t see anything wrong with the pizza. Don’t order from this location unless you are on a serious diet. Must add, Local Owners responded to my review just the same as they have on most negative reviews asking me to leave a Email about what happened and said they Would like to make it right. I did exactly that, Twice, and never got a response back. Because of my experience I can only believe they leave that response to appear as though they care and try and make it look like something it is not. Untill they do respond I will never recommend this place nor will I order anything from any other location because the same people own most, if not all of the franchises in the area. I will also change my review to reflect my experience just as I have on this review. Untill then, no Pizza Hut for me and my family plus friends that agree with me. I posted a pic of what I received so all can make thier own decisions.

If this is what represents the Hut these days then I’m not sure how it’s still around. I grew up on Pizza Hut and I can tell you back in the day the quality was the best of all pizza chains. No more! Too many choices that are so much better, even Izzys and most of them are gone.

I only had wings. They were better than dominoes but at 2x the price. Hard to decide if the slightly crispier wings were worth 2x the price. The wings are only mediocre at best. It’s hard to make bad wings since the best sauce is an industry standard. Wing score is 5/10 overall- 10 for the sauce, 4 for the wings themselves. I can’t weigh the score 50/50 because the sauce is literally the same Franks wing sauce we all get everywhere. I put that “s” on everything.

I definitely don’t understand the 3.7 star overall rating. This particular Pizza Hut is always staffed with the most friendly people who clearly take pride in the food they are putting out. It’s always super fresh, the orders are correct, and ready when they say it is. When we aren’t feeling like making a mid week dinner, my family is always happy with pizza from this pizza hut only. I never shy away from giving a bigger tip; they deserve it! Keep up the great service! Delicious!

This Review is for Pizza Hut next Albertsons on corner of Lilly and Pacific Ave. in Olympia. NOT Whitman Ln. I used to enjoy pizza hut. This place is the absolute worst ! First they utilize a call center , a off campus call center which then relays orders to the various pizza huts. I can only speak for the pizza hut on Pacific Ave. Rather than hire their own crew of dependable drivers, they utilize another “cost cutter” they cook your pizza and then wait for “Door Dash” to come to them – then to you with what by then is most probably a cold and possibly soggy pie. I waited on hold for 12 min. after waiting 40 mins for what was supposed to be a 20 min. delivery from a joint that is maybe 2 miles away from my address . . .tops. SAVE YOURSELF the AGGRAVATION! By the way the only reason this got even one star is because the guy on the phone at the actual restaurant – not the call center gave me a heartfelt , “sorry”. That means something to me so you get one star. Maybe consider dropping the delivery and just do take out?
