I really like the traditional home style food here as it has a very country hometown vibe! The food is super delicious, mouth watering and absolutely worth the drive. My favorite item is the jalapeno poppers, fried okra and the chicken fried chicken. The pies were my favorite part. The coconut cream pie, apple pie along with the peach cobbler are some of my favorites with ice cream. The service is great and would definitely stop by again!

The food was great, staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. 5 stars all around. Food quality is the same as the larger Needville location, but the atmosphere is a little more laid back. Overall a great spot for some good down-home cooking!

We’ve been here twice since they’ve opened. Both times the meals and deserts were good. Staff, Alyssa and the other runners, are very aware of customer needs. Be prepared to order before you sit down.

Stopped in for lunch in lake Jackson. Service was friendly and fast. Ordered the jay burger with a side of fried okra. Best burger I’ve had in a while. Real honesty homestyle hamburger. Highly recommend.
