While the subs were good, they are insanely overpriced for what they are. The employees have the most hateful attitude and smart off over simple questions. They are too busy flirting/being rude to have any kind of professional attitude and it definitely deterred me from returning.

A woman and her 15 year old Autistic son came by to pick up their online order. Her son went inside and was confused by the directions given to him by the 18 year old female at the register. She laughed at him, asked him if he was driving (meaning they were demeaning him calling him stupid, “you’re not driving, are you?”). Instead of simply telling this young man the correct procedure and order to pick up, they laughed at him, called him names, refused to say their names when they were confronted by the mother, they laughed at the mother on the way out. The mother called corporate but I HIGHLY doubt anything will be done to correct the actions of the employees at this establishment. It wasn’t just the young lady at the register. Birds of a feather flock together. Every single one of them chose to laugh and make fun instead of helping someone who clearly needed it. Genuinely awful people.

Had 4 people working, 2 were not doing anything. Girl cutting meat said “dont answer the phone, because I don’t wanna make the food”. No one asked us what we wanted on it, just stared. Very awkward encounter, lack of customer service. Trash can was full to the top, so the 2 employees not doing anything could of emptied it. Food is good.

Witnessed a female employee at the counter verbally humiliate a customer that came in that looked to be in high school and looked to also have autism. She made him cry and then laughed at the mother as well when she came in to confront the employee about what had happened. He told them he didn’t understand the way mobile order pick up worked and implied that he needed help. This was March 1st around 6:50pm. Horrible customer service and I’ll let anyone I know never to come here.

Horrible service, The short heavyset girl with brown hair and tattoos had little to no craftsmanship when constructing my food. When asked to do it correctly (I used to work at JMikes) she copped an attitude and started muttering profanity under her breath.

very good, went inside to order.. way different than subway, meat is fresh cut, vegetables taste fresh an not wilted or old.. jersey sub portion is smaller than subway an a more expensive. it was overall good, and good service, higher price but i was say its better than the local subway..we recommended it
