This is usually my go to bojangles around here. Me and my son went through the drive thru to pick up dinner and when I got home my chicken on my biscuit was RAW!! And when I told the employees about it they said that it “didn’t surprise them”. Do better. Raw chicken can make someone SO sick!

Best to come here in the morning. Their supper is pathetic. I guess I got spoiled in North Carolina. North Carolina Bojangles had a better menu. You could get one sauce without extra. But here, they don’t even let you get Ketchup for your fries. The chicken sandwich was so plain that I only ate it to not further waste my money. Will I come back for breakfast? Sure! Will I ever come back for supper or lunch? No! Don’t waste your money.

We go to Bojangles alot. This is the best one we’ve been to. You can tell it was a newer one. Had a huge glass window when you walk in where you could see the kitchen. That was pretty cool. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice. Food came out fresh and hot. Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast.

I came in at 9:30 pm (closes at 10pm) and asked for a #13 (leg and 2 thighs). Was told I can only one side which was fries. I don’t eat fries. I got told that all they got. I was gonna take one side and asked if they could replace the other side with a drink l. I was told no. What kind of customer service is this? The customer should be always right. If they wanted my business they would have made it happen. But it feels like a crew full of black people and I was white it wouldn’t have happened.

On line this morning like every weekend and girl at register took my order. 6 people behind me also placed their orders. The 6 people behind me received their order and I still stood there waiting for 15 minutes while she took more orders instead of helping me. When I asked for my money back she told the manager and my food was finally being prepped. Handed it to me in a bag instead of a tray. Typical! I refuse to go to that Bojangles ever again. Understaffed? Try illiterate, untrained, overpaid idiots.

The Absolute best Steak Egg and Cheese BISCUIT I’ve ever had. It was so Good. The Steak Egg was cooked perfectly not hard like some other places. The biscuit absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I always get it Literally and this time it was so Lite and fluffy it was falling apart and melted like butter when I took a bite. I’m definitely going to be back as many mornings as I can for this.
