Ordered a 2 for $7 with the roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich. My chicken sandwich had no chicken however… completely unacceptable. Also had a deal on the Arby’s app for free any size mozzarella stick so I asked for 6 but was given 4.

They often run out of CO2 for their sodas, forcing you to buy more expensive drinks. The drive through WILL NOT give you condiments unless you sit at the window and make an issue of it. Don’t drive away until you double check

I love Arby’s but the past few months there practically robbing people! What is with the value meal sandwich sizes!? The dip and Swiss meal used to offer a half pound sandwich and a regular that was at least filling. Now they only have the regular on the menu and it’s pathetic. next to the roast beef slider my 8 year old got my sandwich looks like a kids meal and costs over $11. What is wrong with you Arby’s?

We went to Arbies and we felt very welcome and appreciated, we went to order feeling excited because ours in our town closed permanently without warning and we haven’t had it in almost a year, we go to order and we aren’t sure what to order completely yet so we take a minute and we ordered with a little confusion and they weren’t bothered at all, we made sure we asked for a lot of arbies sauce and weren’t sure how much they would put in the bag, we pull up to wait for our food and when they came to give us our order the customer service was wonderful! They gave us our food joyfully and we really appreciated that, and when we looked in the bag they put as much arbies sauce as we were hoping for.

Great location that makes it worth your money and appetite to stop in. The food is unique in the fast food industry as you’ll enjoy the restaurant style and taste of the cuisine that you usually won’t get at other fast food stops. The customer service is excellent, which is my number one criteria for a 5 star rating.

Update 11/10/22 – I don’t even know what to say anymore.. this place has really went down hill.. my review below was a long time ago.. when they cared about what they were serving, when the lettuce was crispy not slimy, when the tomatoes were fresh, not mushy, when the employees served a meal that they themselves would eat.. fresh bread warm fries. Now the bread is stale, the fries were so old and hard; not good for eating but perfect for a game of darts. $19 for 2 sandwiches a small coke and small fry and the only thing even remotely edible was the soda. So utterly disappointed, I have officially given up on Arbys.. if this happens once it’s a bad night, twice maybe a few bad employers, 3, 4, 5 times you know the place is bad from the top down, and eating here anymore would be like playing Russian roulette with hepatitis!! I wouldn’t buy food here again even with someone else’s money!!!

Generally I love Arby’s. On my last visit I had a coupon for a free large drink. They told me they didn’t have any large drinks. I ordered a meal with a medium diet Coke & a chocolate milkshake. After I left, I realized I never got my diet coke!
