Pizza was okay but service is trash. Waited a redicouls amount of time to pick up the order. Finally had enough and had to holler in the back to get my order that’s been ready for 30 mins. The only two workers there were tied up making orders, 4 cars waiting at the window and 5 people at the front counter waiting. Maybe pizza hut should compensate employees better if they expect them to stick around to bring in corporate profits. I would also suggest they fix the air conditioning at Benton road Bossier LA store before workers and/or customers pass out from heat exhaustion. It was 90 degrees outside, easily 115 inside with ovens going… DO BETTER.

Awful. I order a big dinner box and never received it. I tried calling multiple times, only got through on the “place your order” line who could only transfer my call. Then I was hung up on every time I was transferred to the store line. The issue was never resolved and I never received my order. If you want quality customer service, DO NOT ORDER from here.

My order was delivered wrong ,I called them a nice young man remade my pizza an sent it to me for free but it was black burnt an hard as hell .. nobody could even bite it..dog would not even eat it…u see that pizza..I would be ashamed to send that out to someone…an I paid 34$ for that pizza dinner

I called about these and this man told me they were pre cut and they couldn’t do anything about. No way somebody put this in this package and thought the was OK. For reference I put a lid to a 20 ounce soda bottle in there and the wings are smaller. 8 piece is two and a half edible wings the rest is just batter

Look, I know fast food restaurants – especially pizza places – get a bad rap. (Yes, it is usually justified.) However, this Pizza Hut has friendly employees, and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. (Isn’t it a shame that we can’t always get all three from most places?) Seriously, I go out of my way to visit this location. And don’t sleep on their new Melts! I’m not a fan of thin crust, but those Melts are ridiculous. Once the “Create Your Own” option is available, it’s goin to be on.
