Only one in line. Ordered a lemonade and funnel cake fries. They threw them in the fryer and left them there far too long while they taped a hiring sign to the counter. There where 3 workers. On disappeared into the back and the other 2 where chatting. that and the portion is a joke. They taste like burnt cardboard after being over cooked. I wont say the workers where rude but definitely not professional. See picture for portion. I won’t be back.

I visited the Layton Hills Mall location today (July 19th 2023) and ordered from Alicia. She was so friendly and kind. She asked about my shirt and it’s my favorite YouTuber, so I told her about him and the good he does for others. We found out we share very similar stories in our families. She is such a sweet lady. I wish that I lived closer to Layton so I could visit again. I didn’t know we still had Hot Dog on a Stick. Takes me back to the 80s!

I came here with my 3 daughters for lunch on a back to school shopping trip. The teens working were put out by our order which was 8 cheese dogs and 4 drinks. Food was undercooked and they wouldn’t even hand me the drinks across the counter. They kept giving me dirty looks the entire time. Disappointing to say the least.

I was the person behind John Smith who is lying about his experience here. This man started yell at the 2 high schoolers working here because they were working on other orders and told him they would be with him in a minute. Then he sent one of them to get their manager which resulted in my food getting burnt. Luckily, the young man working there put down another order for me which only took 5 more minutes. I came here to leave a review about how great the employees were under pressure, dealing with a Karen is terrible.

Horrible customer service. I was there waiting for 10 minutes and they said that they were busy making orders and didn’t have time to take more order from customer. I spoke to the manager Colleen with an horrible customer service. I try to explain and she gave me an attitude like if you don’t like it go somewhere else. At the end Colleen said I don’t care so do what ever you want. Took my business somewhere else.

This is the worst hot dog on a stick I’ve ever been to. Very rude and extremely slow employees. Very unprofessional appearances. No uniforms. No gloves when handling food. And it takes FOREVER for them to make 2 corn dogs! If you go here, plan to wait at least 10 minutes whether there’s a line or not. Food is also gross. Very stale and lacks flavor. Not fresh at all. Worst hot dog on a stick location there is!

Employees are rude and very slow. We waited 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs and a fry with only one order ahead of us. Friends of ours went and got chinese food while I waited for my order. They finished their food before my corn dogs were even ready. Also the employees running this place don’t even wear gloves. She put her hands all over our fries, which were cold from sitting out. I will never come back here. My previous experience with them was just as bad. Lesson learned!

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! They were not busy at all and the two girls working said that their machines were running too low on lemonade and after saying she was going to make more continued to stand at the counter. After wait 25 minutes for 3 hot dogs and some fries we sat down to eat and the batter was old and burnt and the fries tasted like they mixed in or used the same oil as the funnel cake fries. Everything was disgusting and the workers behind the counter obviously didn’t know what they were doing. 10/10 would not recommend.
