Super clean store. I went in today and saw they had just cleaned the lobby area. They had someone cleaning the windows inside and out and honestly, very clean from what I could see. Organized clean store. Literally shining. We ended up ordering a regular pepperoni pizza and the cashier was so nice. She offered me complimentary items like the cheesy bread and jalapeño sauce. Super pleasant experience. Will definitely be returning.

Huge yikes! Avoid this place at all costs! They have the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, and I have no idea how they’re still in business. Our one – and definitely only – experience with this branch of Little Caesars was absolutely ridiculous!

I know you get what you pay for but the amount of grease or oil on the pizza and under is insane. The store wasn’t even busy when I picked up my order. I didn’t order extra grease!!!

Super slow service. They have a drive thru but it’s always closed. The lobby is always packed because people are ALWAYS waiting. I went today and waited over 40 min until finally I got back in line to get an update on my order. I remember ordering delivery once a few months back and didn’t get my order until 2.5 hrs later. You would think something would’ve changed by then but apparently not. Food is not even hot when I got it and the wings were dry. Barely any visible sauce.

Placed an online order for an fundraiser and drive up there to find out the manager closed the store and left. Was told by employee in parking lot that the other manager was on her way. Waited 45 minutes for new manager to show up. If it wasn’t for it being for a fundraiser I would’ve left. Thanks to the employee who made my food anyway and provided a full refund. Would not recommend this location. Poor management.

I would honestly give zero stars for service if I could. Waiting 45 plus minutes after getting off of work , even mobile orders ordering ahead of time takes longer than the expected pick up time. Pizza was undercooked- disgusting. Tasted like pieces of paper on the bottom of the pizza. I really hope they get some new management or something because this is ridiculous. I don’t even want to return to little ceasars but my kids love it when the pizza is actually cooked well.

Waited an hour and a half for pizza that we ordered online and the app said was ready. Drive through is always closed. The menu picture for the pretzel pizza showed it came with a cup of cheese but was told the cheese was already on the pizza and i don’t get a cup. Maybe take the cup of cheese off the menu picture then. I am going to a different location from now on. And guess what? They gave a cup of cheese for the pretzel pizza like the picture shows.

Love Little Caesars. However, the service is always bad at this one. Pull up to the drive thru, and no one answers pull up to the window, and I have to get their attention. At least the garbage can this time wasn’t blocking the drivethru like the last 2 years.

The last time we went, we had a good experience. We usually always do. We get what we order almost always and it is always fresh as well.
