First time here and the Chicken Cordon Blue looked great. Trust me the pictures are deceiving. Shows ham and chicken bulging out. I had to open the bread because the only thing visible is lettuce. Out of a regular size sandwich maybe 4 PCs of ham about the size of a quarter and maybe two little spoon size bites of chicken. It should be called a lettuce sub.

They got my order wrong. I did not realize this until I got home. When I called they said that I did not specify I wanted chicken ( I ordered I chicken Philly). I got steak. I told them I did. They said I could bring the sandwich back and get a new one or they could put me on a list. I have never had a problem before but the prices are way to high for my order to be messed up and I am the one inconvenienced to make it right. Not only that to tell me that I did not specify I wanted chicken!

Got fries from there and they were the remnants from the pan that had been sitting in there a long time. They were a dark brown or burnt. I wouldn’t even call them fries. I Called the store to let them know about the fries I recieved and all the guy said was I let them now. See attached picture. They were nasty! Compare the 2 fries! Not the same!

Quality has really gone down at what used to be a great sandwich chain. I got the cheese steak today. Saw the amount of meat was less than what looked like a 1/4 cup in what was an 8 in sandwich. So I asked for double meat. 2.98 later I get more meat on mini Jimmy John’s. Asked for onion s and extra peppers to help fill the sandwich, kid you not I watched the you lady out 3 more mushrooms on the grill. I had to ask if it was extra for more veggies and they said no so asked for more. So disappointed. No way this is a 12 dollar sandwich. I’ll make my own or go to Jimmy John’s for 3 dollars less. This place used to rock. Not anymore.

This Penn Station is located in Muncie Indiana. The subs are always hot and fresh. I have been eating here for awhile now and every visit is a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not shy to provide table side service. I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak to eat and lemonade to drink.
