The service and food was horrible!! The employee “Louis” was extremely Rude! He messed up my order, and the food wasn’t prepared right. I’ve been there many times in the past and have Never been treated like that! I wasted money. This experience has soured me on Long John Silver’s in Daytona Beach FL.. Perhaps they should put a store in a better area with more accommodating employees.

From reading past reviews, I came with low expectations. What I found was a Clean, friendly, energetic and well seasoned restaurant. There was a fun mix of music coming from the back as well as some talented back-up vocals to boot. Happy employees reflected in the food for sure!

We almost missed a great place. (Shhh don’t tell my doctor ) the other reviews were not kind. We had a fresh hot mountain of food with friendly service and everything we asked for when our food was sent out. They have a juke box.❣️ I’m glad mom and I got to enjoy the experience. P. S. Staff was amazing, the woman working the register was so kind to my two kids and we all had a great time. The burger and cheese curds were great too! Honestly one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had because the staff was so kind (and fresh A&W is hard to beat). Don’t think I have ever reviewed a fast food location before, but it was really wonderful.

Come on… It’s Friday, 8:15 pm and nobody in line at the the drive thru. I wait 3 minutes… No one greets me. I CALL, Three times… Nobody answers…. So, I enter. One person in line, 5 people working… What is wrong with this picture??? They all seemed to be having a good time. I hope they have a better time collecting unemployment because they will put this place out of business. I am inside the restaurant now waiting on my oder, just listening to the phone ring while there is only one other customer here… These people don’t care, very sad.

After waiting in the parking lot for an extreme amount of time watching others who arrived and ordered after me park, receive their food, and leave. My order arrived. But, when I checked it for accuracy and to grab a taste before I pull off. I was extremely disappointed to ordered so much food and find it to be overcooked! And since the lobby was not open for service, the single drive thru was backed up. This left me with no option but to leave without resolving this issue, and my cravings unsatisfied! Needless to say I have not returned to even attempt to satisfy the overwhelming cravings that I experience for LONG JOHN SILVER’S!

Kind of bummed that you have to pay for the crunchies now. The fish was good the hush puppies were good. The shrimp was a bit spicy tasty. We had a good meal. The staff was very friendly.

Food is good but got my order wrong (shrimp) and had to turn around. Had to wait another (almost) 10 minutes for my grilled shrimp. Once received, it was hot and fresh but didn’t receive the cocktail sauce that I THOUGHT was included. At least I got the shrimp I asked for the FIRST TIME.
