My children love this location because their food is always fresh and good which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I usually never have an issue here but today was different. I went through the drive thru and Tanya was very rude. My order came to $8.70. I handed her a $50 bill and 3 quarters. She gave me $41.30 back as my change. I said to her excuse me but I gave you $50.75 and I believe that my change should be $42.05. She said whatever, rolled her eyes and walked away. Then she came back to the window and said here just take this dollar and keep the 3 dimes and shut the window on me. So I drove off and went in the inside to ask for my receipt that she did not give to me in the drive thru window so that I could get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag just to leave this review. She could’ve easily said I’m sorry, I’m so busy that I made a mistake and hit 50 dollars and forgot to add the change that you gave me. I would have said I totally understand, it happens thank you so much but instead she was rude. I’m so tired of rude customer service and I hope she sees this and do better.

This is the 2nd time in a week that I visited this Burger King. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was handed my food by someone who was very “short” with me. This 2nd time, I ordered a chocolate shake medium and a large french fry. I received a small shake and and large fry box only half filled. When I asked for whipped cream, they said that “they were out”!? I was getting this for a sick family member, so I didn’t want to disappoint them by going in and getting my money back and leaving the food on the counter.

Very slow service even though there where only 2 other tables with customers. They got 2 of the 5 orders wrong and the trash by the drinks machine was overflowing. Tables were all dirty and floor had straw wrappers and fries on it. With 5 people behind the counter on a slow day you’d think they could do better.

Only 2 people working here. Place was filthy and nothing stocked for eating inside. With 1 person making orders and the other taking them, who’s cleaning anything. I left and went across the street to portillo’s.

If I could only add a photo of my food, it would tell everything. Ordering on the app is never a good experience. But ordering at the height of the lunch hour, leaves no excuse for receiving a cold BK Royal Chicken sandwich. I’m also THOROUGHLY CONFUSED why the picture they are using is the one that was used when they were hand breaded. The chicken is DEFINITELY NOT the same kind that’s used on the menu board! McDonald’s Crispy Chicken sandwich crushes BK’s overpriced chicken sandwich! And that’s very sad to say.

Surprisingly…. as of lately…Burger King has really stepped it up with how good there burgers are. I actually stopped eating it bc I thought the taste wasn’t as good for a long time. But recently I ate here and I was surprised at how much better it tastes. Great job!! Plus, the service was very friendly!
