I ordered combo #2 to go. I was never asked did I want the head on or off of my shrimp. When I got home the shrimp were overcooked and mushy. There was barely any sauce in my bag. When I call back I spoke with the young lady there who spoke to the owner Tony. She called me back and told me that the owner said they couldn’t refund me my money but they would redo the order. I told her okay but I couldn’t come on that same day because I live 45 minutes away from the restaurant. The young lady said okay thats not a problem. When i return just reference thr incident. She called me back maybe two minutes later and said she spoke to Tony again and he said I would have to come back the same day with the items in order for them to replace it. The service from the owner was terrible. This is NOT my first time going to this location but it was definitely my last time. I’ll continue to go to the one in Pembroke Pines
