So I really hesitated to leave any type of negative review at all, but at this point I am just frustrated. I order from this Pizza Hut quite regularly, 2 or 3 times a month and often more. It is generally really good too, that is why my family and I continue to order from here. However, the past several times they cannot seem to get this one thing correct. I order the same thing literally every time and it was fine for a long time but has been wrong the last 4 or 5 times in a row. I order a pizza with BBQ sauce and toppings and there is never any BBQ sauce on the pizza. Maybe there is a very, very small amount but you can neither see nor taste it. A few weeks ago my husband called about this, the pizza was remade, and the 2nd pizza was perfect. So someone in there knows how to make the pizza but they must not work very often. I tried ordering a BBQ pizza today and it was sauceless again. And yes, I always tip and I’m always ordering carryout too, not delivery. My husband offered to call today too, but I figured that wasn’t a great idea.

The pizza was dry, the pepperoni was dry, the wings were hard. The only reason l agreed to go there, it because majority rules on house votes. I was extremely disappointed and equally annoyed. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Always very quick and do a great job. Usually by the time I place my order and leave to pick it up it’s done. When you walk in they have your order to you fast. In and out quick, but my review is based only on carry out orders.
